If anyone has a claim on the title of Joolee’s BFF, it would be Carrie Block. Since 1996, they have traveled, worked and shared some pretty small rooms together in countless countries (and left wake of woebegone wooers around the world).
Carrie now lives in Palmer Lake, Colorado with her husband Pete, their dog Neva, and their brand new daughter, Frankie Claire.
