Peter and Leisa Kokes

Peter is a native of Wisconsin; Leisa is from Missouri. They met in August,1999 at a teacher in-service in Palmer, Alaska.

They married April 1, 2000, then moved to Napakiak, AK where they met Joolee.  Peter served as Principal and Leisa worked as a Speech/Language Pathologist in ten different villages. They are now retired and living in the Missouri Ozarks with wild turkeys and deer; and floating the clear water rivers in canoes and/or kayaks, and still riding their motorcycle too.
